Mike Matthews is the Managing Director of Preceptass and has more than 15 years experience in executive sourcing and HR consulting. Prior to this he held senior executive and board roles with Argos, Asda Wal-Mart and The Whitworths Group following many years HR experience in retail, FMCG and local government. Mike is a director of Interim Leaders and also chairs the Institute for Management Studies in London.
