Dr. Gary Schuman is a management coach and consulting psychologist and president of CDL Consulting a HR and training company with offices in New York and Baltimore.

He received a PhD in counselling psychology from Florida State University and works with the highest levels of management in a wide range of organisations. Dr Schuman’s clients include Apple, Fidelity Investments, MTV, VH1, The Gap, Hallmark cards and Volvo cars. He produced an internationally acclaimed leadership video called ‘The Art of Coaching in business’ and is the creator of a unique 360 degree skills feedback instrument.
