Dr Al Vicere serves as Executive Education Professor of Strategic Leadership for The Smeal College of Business Administration at Penn State. Dr. Vicere is the author of several books and has published more than 90 articles and professional papers in leading journals He was listed among the "12 Gurus of
Executive Education" in the journal Business Horizons, and among the 10 top leadership development coaches in the book, The Art and Practice of Leadership Coaching (John Wiley & Sons).

Al Vicere is also President of Vicere Associates Inc., a consulting firm whose clients include: BASF, Boeing, BP, British Airways, Hewlett Packard, Daimler Benz and Unilever. He has developed the unique Direction and Alignment (DNA™) assessment process to support the design of development initiatives that make an impact on the organization's performance and effectiveness.
