Andrew Austin has served in the senior management teams of blue chip businesses such as Mars, Courtaulds and ASDA, where his experience included roles such as Operations and HR Director. Andy was also a Senior Partner with US and international Search firm Heidrick & Struggles and is currently Chief Executive of Interim Leaders and Dobson Lyle.
