at the Business School at the Pennsylvania State University
based upon the Strategy, Leadership, Culture Questionnaire
(SLCQ) This process has been developed
from research over many years in the US and throughout
the world. The database holds in excess of 10,000 questionnaires
and enables valuable sector and industry normative comparisons.
Dr Al Vicere, a Preceptass Advisory Board member, has
developed the process and provides great knowledge and
expertise in this field.
The process provides an excellent starting point for
the group or individual Directors/Executives to identify
key elements in the operating model and there impact,
providing the basis for refocus to achieve a higher
performance organisation.
Alternatively enabling organisations part way through
a change process to take a progress check.
Understanding the organisation and defining the factors
to influence success in culture, strategy and leadership
style, this process is designed to support board level
and senior teams to:

leadership and culture within their organisation.

and prevailing style.

· Identify the steps for recoding the organisation
for higher performance.
The build up work to the DNA model helps, often intangible
factors, such as culture to be understood, and defined,
and put into a relationship perspective.
