IMPACT is a review and support process
normally for the first 6 months of appointment in a
new role, ensuring the senior people investment you
make provides a return at the earliest opportunity.
The process deals with a wide range of issues as appropriate
to individual situation and includes:
· Getting to grips with a new culture
· Integration, adapting to a new business environment
· Identifying key issues and objective setting
· Using the first 100 days wisely
· Personal organisation and effectiveness
· Key relationship building
Research suggests that in most new appointment directors
and senior executives receive little support of real
value and are expected to ‘sink or swim’
when decisions made can be expensive in terms of cost
and credibility for the new appointee and organisation.
IMPACT minimises risk for both parties

WORLD CLASS is a process designed
